Return and Refund Policy
Nonica Studio is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing, go-to-market planning, web design, and development products. The following Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be considered for our services. By entering into a contract with Nonica Studio, you agree to the terms of this policy.
Digital Marketing Strategy, Go-to-Market Planning, and Web Design and Development Projects: For all digital marketing strategy, go-to-market planning, and web design and web development projects, we require a 50% non-refundable commitment upfront. This deposit secures the project and covers the initial costs of planning and execution. Once the deposit is received, no refunds will be issued.
Monthly Retainer Plans: Our monthly retainer plans require a minimum commitment of 1 year (12 months). Payments for these plans are made monthly and are non-refundable. In the event that a client wishes to cancel a retainer contract, both parties must reach a mutual agreement. If no agreement is reached, the client is responsible for the full payment of the remaining monthly contract payments.
Additional Services: All additional services are to be paid upfront and are non-refundable. Clients on a monthly retainer plan may be offered payment plans for additional projects, in which case the cost of these services will be added to the client's monthly bill. Additional services are non-refundable unless a mutual agreement is reached between Nonica Studio and the client.
Refund Requests: Refund requests will only be considered in exceptional circumstances, such as in cases where Nonica Studio is unable to fulfill its contractual obligations. Requests must be made in writing to Nonica Studio within 7 days of the occurrence of the issue. Nonica Studio reserves the right to evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Return and Refund Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country of El Salvador. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this policy shall be resolved in the courts of San Salvador.
By engaging Nonica Studio for any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Return and Refund Policy.
